About Me

Hi my name is Chelsea Schaffer. I have been living here in the Adirondack area my whole life. I enjoy this area very much and love the various outdoor activities that are offered locally. My passion for massage has been since I was a little girl. I enjoy the holistic health along with the wellness aspects massage has to offer. Graduating from NCCC in May 2018 from a 2 year program with an Associates of Applied Science In Massage Therapy. Once graduated I started working at a local spa. I gained some additional knowledge within this work setting. I also received my certification as a  Reiki Master in 2016. I am now the owner of my own business: Relax & Renew Massage.
